Birthday wishes

I have just made a Birthday card for a friends sister, the cake design was inspired by a stamp seen in the stampin' up catalogue, drawn with gelly roll pens. Background paper from a forever friends birthday set and all other card from my stash.
Hope she likes it :-)

Blast from the past!

I have made lots of Cards over the years and my Mum has saved some of them that I have made for her and my Dad. Some of them are ok, some of them are just... not so good! I thought I would share them...
The card with 20 on is a shaker card for a 20 year anniversary.

More crimbo-ness

It's 2 months today til I turn 21! Which means 2 months and a week until.... CHRISTMAS!! Arghhh! I'm so unorganised! I will be making my friends handmade chocolates this year. Lakeland have some pretty chocolate moulds in this year so I will be purchasing those this week and having a practice!

I made a card last week using pom poms that I had found amongst my stash (never thought I'd use) and decided to use them to make the Christmas tree. Sorry the light is so pants! It was a dark day :(

I will be making more cards this week for Christmas :)

Inspiration

Recently I stumbled across Helen's blog, its all fiddle fart!
What an amazing crafter she is. She is the first person I have seen use the accessorize and paperchase stickers in card making. I had some santa stickers from accessorize which I had NO IDEA how to use and found inspiration on her blog to make this card -
To be honest, I wish I hadn't added the 'merry christmas' stamp as it sort of spoils it! I still have this many left though...

And I also have these beauties from Accessorize still to use!

Brrrr....

It's suddenly become winter over the course of one day! I was in a rush this morning and forgot my coat for uni so was freeeeezing all day.
Came home to a package of new Christmas stamps that I ordered from ebay (good old ebay!) £35 worth of stamps for £9, bargain!! So that cheered me up!
I will be making some cards using those over the weekend, more posts soon :)
