You might recognise that face!

I have made a card for an old friend as he turns 18 next week. I have used old photos of us when we were littlens.
I haven't made very many male cards so I know this isn't brilliant but I thought i would leave it reasonably simple.

Ingredients:
- Craftwork cards 6x6 card blank
- do crafts black card stock
- metallic birthday wrapping paper
- sentiment printed on pc

I would like to enter this in to Di's snippet challenge as you can see I have used a tiny snippet of black card to create my stars (see pic).

Mothers Day Card

Hi all!!

Currently sat in Bulgaria airport waiting for my flight home to England so thought I would post up a Mothers Day Card I made for my Mum last Sunday.

I will edit this post when I arrive home as I can't quite remember the ingredients!

Hope you've all had a good week. I have had a fantastic time snowboarding in Bulgaria. Back to reality now unfortunately!! I have attached a photo of the mountain I was snowboarding down too, the weather was beautiful!

Fairy card

Hi everyone, hope you are well.



It's very misty and foggy here today! Thought Summer was coming :-(

I made a card last night using an image downloaded from a day for daisies, one of my favourite sites (link on the right sidebar) and just love it!! I'd probably say this is one of my favourite cards so far :-)

Ingredients -

- Papermania coloured card
- Dovecraft Tea House papers
- Sentiment cut from an old Birthday card (snippet)
- Image downloaded from a day for daisies coloured with promarkers
- Flowers by whsmith
- Bead in centre of pink flower from stash
- Stickles glue added to mushroom, wings and flower centres
- Pink gems by Papermania

Mothers day card 1

(2 photos due to funny lighting)

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all well. I am smiling as I have handed in all my uni work today and completed an exam woohoo! We have about a week and a half to chill and then the hard work starts again lol.

I have just finished making my first Mother's Day card for my partners Mother, I have to make another yet but won't be able to share it until the person has received it :-)

I will be giving these early as me and my man along with 6 other friends are heading to Bulgaria on Saturday morning for a weeks snowboarding! I can't wait!!

So here we have another Forever Friends number (sorry, I love these little fellas)

Ingredients:

- backing papers from docrafts forever friends cd

- decoupaged bear printed from cd

- letters printed from cd

- flower glitter stickers by the paper mill shop

- gold hearts and flower circles from forever friends black and gold stickers collection

- text created using pc

I have had a couple of comments around the size of the photos I post and I have just edited the majority of my posts so that the cards are easily seen now rather than just half of the photo.

Baby boy card

Hi all,

Sorry I haven't been about lately, Uni has been a bit hectic!

I made this card yesterday as a few of our friends and family are expecting soon, we don't know what they are having yet so I best make up a couple of girl cards too!!

Ingredients:
- 6x6 scalloped card
- forever friends backing papers from their Christmas stack
- layered on to blue card by papermania cardstock
- ribbon snippet from stash
- blue dummy embellishment kindly sent to me by Di (thanks hon)
- forever friends image stamped onto tiny piece of white card left over from another stamping session then coloured with promarkers
- nestabilities scalloped circles
- sentiment generated on computer

Teddy Flower

Hi all, how are you on this fine sunny day?
I made this card last night as I was feeling summery!

For some reason the photograph makes the flower look uneven but I can assure you it is circular all the way around :-)

I was looking at how people had coloured the teddy and thought I would go for something different and make him look white which I quite liked in the end!

Ingredients:
- LOTV Teddy Flower Stamp coloured with Promarkers

- Backing papers - I have lost the front sheet so can't remember where these are from! I think they are papermania?!

- With love sentiment cut out from an old Birthday card

- Tissue flower made with brown tissue paper

- Ribbon and gems from stash
