Christening Card

Hi all,

I felt a little bit better today so managed to make a few cards, I started off with a couple of small ones which I will post up tomorrow but really enjoyed doing this one so thought I would post this one first.

My lifelong childhood friend had a baby girl a few months ago and he phoned me the other day when I was in the queue for the cinema asking if I would like to be his daughters God-Mother.
I was so overwhelmed and ended up crying in the cinema queue! Bit of a drama and I think the guy behind the counter was slightly freaked out but none the less it was a very special moment. It means a lot to me as his parents are my God Parents and mine are his :-)

I have made this card for my God-Daughters Christening in a few weeks time.

Ingredients

6x6 craftwork cards scalloped card
Forever Friends Christening Rubber Stamp coloured with ProMarkers
Papermania basics pink paper
Pink docrafts ribbons
Pearls from stash
Teahouse papers
Ice Stickles

Challenges I would like to enter this card in to

Thanks for looking,

Laura xx

Wow, what a honour to be asked to be a Godmother, you clearly mean a lot to your friend and his baby.

You have done them proud with the card, it's beautiful and will be a very special keepsake.

Glad you are feeling better, the flu is no fun.

Take care xx
